Join us in a program teaching you how to reach out to seniors by providing them with important information on how to recognize the signs of depression, anxiety, substance abuse and more. You will learn how to give a brief presentation to seniors in your community on these important topics. This is not a counseling program, rather, you will be a resource to assist seniors in knowing where to turn for help.
